Storekeeper
The Storekeeper plays a crucial role in supporting the safe and efficient operations of the Vessel by managing the stores effectively and ensuring the availability of necessary spare parts and consumables.
Ensure that all assigned tasks undergo Task Assessment and Pre-Task Meeting to maintain operational safety standards.
Execute tasks in compliance with the Company's 'Risk Management and Assessment' and 'Work Permit' protocols to uphold operational integrity.
Promote a culture of active participation in the Work Stoppage Philosophy among all team members.
Promptly address and escalate any HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) concerns to the Manager, demonstrating a proactive approach to safety.
Engage in and advocate for the utilization of the Company's Safety Observation System to enhance safety practices.
Ensure the proper utilization and maintenance of safety devices, adherence to safety regulations, and implementation of secure work procedures.
Maintain accurate storage and segregation of hazardous substances, along with the distribution of up-to-date Safety Data Sheets in relevant areas.
Uphold and reinforce the Company's Core Values and Code of Conduct to foster a positive work environment.
Stay abreast of pertinent HSEQ regulations to ensure compliance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Storekeeper is also tasked with Emergency Response, Operational & Technical duties, and liaising with the Supply Chain Management Department for seamless coordination of supply chain activities.
