Ensure corrective actions are implemented, documented, and sustained
FEM Compliance
Own plant-level FEM supply chain and Kanban system compliance
Maintain Kanban calculations, pull systems, and required audit documentation
Lead FEM audit preparation and support inventory reduction initiatives
KPI Ownership

Material-Related Downtime, Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Excess & Obsolete Inventory
WIP Aging, Cycle Count Compliance, and Planning Parameter Accuracy
Corrective Action Closure Rate and FEM Supply Chain Audit Readiness
Drive documented root cause analysis, corrective actions, assigned ownership, and follow-up verification for all KPI gaps
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, inventory control, planning, or manufacturing operations
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, replenishment processes, and planning parameters
A proven track record improving material availability, inventory accuracy, and process compliance
