Job Description
Effectively apply all Kronospan standards, including the business philosophy
Support in all aspects of personnel administration, reporting, training, etc.
Processing a wide variety of inquiries from our managers and employees
Applicant management, including active sourcing and support of social media channels
Follow up on the job ads and provide feedback to candidates on time
Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
Prepare and control payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Handle SSI notifications, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and social security regulations
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel processes
Support audits and provide payroll/HR reports as required
Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR and payroll processes
Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate data flow
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, HR, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll
Bachelor's degree from related faculties
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
High-energy and passion
Fluency in English
Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Logo or similar payroll software (experience with systems like SAP is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
High level of confidentiality and responsibility
