We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator – Social to join our Digital Marketing team in Easton, PA. In this role, you’ll support the execution of Victaulic’s organic social media presence by managing the day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and content production workflow across social platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, videographers, subject matter experts, and the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy to keep the social content calendar on track, coordinate asset production, and ensure content is published consistently and correctly. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to own a critical piece of Victaulic’s social media operations and grow within our marketing organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
Social Media Project Management
Own and maintain the social media content calendar, tracking deadlines, approvals, and publishing dates across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
Coordinate content requests and timelines with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to keep production on schedule
Track content status end to end—from request through review, approval, and publishing—and flag delays or bottlenecks
Schedule and publish approved content across platforms using social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
Content Coordination
Gather input and assets from subject matter experts and marketing team members to support content production
Prepare and proof content for publishing in line with brand voice and accessibility standards (writing and copy development remain with the Social Media Specialist/SMEs)
Organize and maintain a library of approved content assets for reuse and repurposing
Track content refresh and repurposing needs and flag what requires updating and when (prioritization and strategy remain with the Specialist/Lead)
Community Engagement
Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions daily; flag anything outside standard routing to the appropriate team member—this role does not respond directly to community engagement
Performance & Reporting
Pull performance data from Google Analytics, native platform analytics, and reporting dashboards on a regular cadence
Compile reporting summaries for the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy
Advise the Content Specialists on content adjustments to optimize performance, based on analytics trends
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align social publishing with campaign timelines and product launches
Communicate status updates on content production and publishing to relevant stakeholders
Process Documentation
Follow established social media publishing workflows and process documentation, owned by the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy
Contribute updates and flag needed changes when a process isn’t working as documented
WHAT YOU BRING
2–5 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or project management
Working familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
Experience coordinating with creative partners (design, video) on content production
