Are you the person who makes everything run better?
You know the type.
The person who somehow keeps three calendars straight, catches the detail everyone else missed, figures out the travel puzzle, pulls together the report, remembers what needs to happen next and stays positive while doing it.
If that sounds like you, Pepperl+Fuchs wants to meet you.
We’re looking for an energetic, organized, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team in Twinsburg, Ohio. This isn’t a role where every day looks the same and we think that’s part of the fun. You’ll support multiple members of our leadership team while working with people across departments, locations, and time zones. One day you may be coordinating international travel and executive calendars; the next you may be creating a report, preparing information for a Town Hall, organizing a meeting, or jumping into a brand-new project.
If you love being the person people can count on to figure it out, make it happen, and keep things moving, you may have just found your next role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Think of yourself as part organizer, problem-solver, coordinator, communicator, and air-traffic controller.
You’ll:
Manage busy calendars, meetings, calls, and competing priorities for multiple leaders.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and changing schedules.
Bring people together by coordinating meetings and events across departments, locations, and time zones.
Prepare executive summaries, correspondence, presentations, and materials for meetings and Town Halls.
Enter and manage expense reports through our automated expense system.
Create, maintain, and review data-driven reports using Tableau.
Enter and maintain information in business systems, including Movex ERP and Siebel CRM.
Help retrieve information, organize data, and turn it into useful reports and summaries.
Take meeting notes and help keep action items and follow-ups moving.
Pitch in wherever needed from correspondence and phone support to special projects and new technology.
Become one of those invaluable people who seems to know who to call, where to find it, and how to get it done.
You’ll Probably Love This Job If.. .
You get genuine satisfaction from crossing things off a list.
You notice the typo, the calendar conflict, and the missing attachment before anyone else does.
You can go from “I’ve got this” to “Okay, plans changed I’ve still got this.”
You’re comfortable working independently and don’t need someone to tell you every next step.
You enjoy technology and aren’t intimidated by learning a new system.
You can work with executives, employees, customers, and colleagues at every level while bringing professionalism, warmth, and a service mindset to every interaction.
And when someone says, “Can you help me figure this out?” your instinct is to jump in.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is professional, confident, organized, adaptable, intuitive, and willing to dig in.
Ideally, you’ll have:
An Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience.
3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment, administrative support role, or similar position.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Experience organizing large meetings, events, or groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail you catch the little things.
Confidence and professionalism when interacting with employees and leaders at all levels.
A proactive, solution-focused approach. You don’t just identify a problem; you start thinking about how to solve it.
Strong situational awareness the ability to recognize when circumstances are changing, anticipate what may be needed next, and adjust accordingly.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Experience with Tableau, Siebel CRM, or Movex ERP is a plus but curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to learn new technology quickly are just as important.
