About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Finance Manager - Product ARR to play a key role in how we understand, forecast, and drive the performance of our product portfolio.
Sitting within our Corporate FP&A team, this is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of Finance, Product, Sales, and Strategy. You’ll become a go-to expert on product-level ARR, turning complex data into clear insights that help senior leaders understand what’s driving growth, where opportunities are emerging, and how the business is performing.
You’ll own critical ARR forecasting and reporting, build sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses, and help shape the insights used in company-wide planning and executive decision-making. You’ll also work across Product, Sales, Accounting, Data Analytics, and Investor Relations, giving you broad exposure to the business and an opportunity to influence decisions well beyond traditional FP&A.
If you enjoy digging into complex data, understanding the story behind the numbers, and using financial insights to help a fast-growing technology company make better decisions, this role offers significant opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
Own the product ARR story - lead forecasting, reporting, scenario planning, and analysis across CrowdStrike’s product portfolio.
Turn complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Serve as the go-to Finance partner and subject matter expert for product-level ARR performance, trends, and business drivers.
Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate growth trends, business scenarios, and longer-term opportunities.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Accounting, Data Analytics, and Investor Relations to connect financial performance with what’s happening across the business.
Develop executive-level presentations and analyses that clearly communicate the “what, why, and what next” behind the numbers.
Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators through compelling dashboards and visualizations.
Own and evolve the Product ARR Tableau dashboard, improving how leaders access and understand critical business insights.
Partner with Data Analytics and other teams to continuously improve the accuracy, scalability, and accessibility of financial data and reporting.
Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new analytical approaches to make forecasting and decision-making faster and smarter.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
6-8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth private or public technology company, ideally within Finance, Strategy, or Sales Operations.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, including ACV bookings, ARR, churn/contraction, and dollar retention.
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
A builder mentality - you’re comfortable taking ownership, creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and moving work forward with minimal direction.
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand why the numbers are moving, not simply report what happened.
Excellent attention to detail and a track record of producing highly accurate, executive-ready work.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling business insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.
Experience working with large, disconnected, or unstructured datasets and turning them into meaningful analysis.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
